Environmental protection has many facets for us: Starting with production using precision machines, through the use of reusable packaging and the professional separation of production waste, to the energy-efficient insulation of our buildings. In this way, we achieve great environmental protection even on a small scale. Our ecological goal is to minimize energy consumption through sustainable action. We have achieved this convincingly with our new building in Schwaig.
Thermal insulation made of wood fiber insulation materials without a vapor barrier was installed in the 1,600 m² timber construction building. This allows the building to breathe like a functional cladding. In addition, an integrated photovoltaic system ensures that C02 emissions are avoided.
A forced ventilation system with a rotary heat exchanger and simultaneous heat recovery for high-energy devices (e.g. soldering systems) is used throughout the entire production facility. This means that our building does not have to be additionally heated.
The entire company building is controlled automatically via a bus system (EIB). This allows us to use the power of the sun when required. The entire operating current in production, warehouse and office is automatically switched off after work.
