To increase process reliability, we have taken our initial sample inspection to a new level. The EFA Inspection system from LSE now allows us to automatically compare Gerber data, placement coordinates and the first manufactured assembly. Any deviations are displayed in the same way as with an AOI device and process errors are avoided even before series production.
With this Enhanced First Article Inspection, we can further raise our quality standards and concentrate on our core business with peace of mind: assembly.
